Which Trade Show Booth Size Are You Working With?
A pod, a table or a sponsor slot rather than a full plot. One roller banner behind the table and a printed table cover over it turns two metres of carpet into a branded stand.

What is the difference between a trade show display and an exhibition stand?
A trade show display is an individual portable item you carry in and stand up yourself, such as a roller banner, a pop up backdrop or a printed counter. An exhibition stand is the whole structure that fills your plot, usually built from modular panels that connect into walls, corners and booths. Is a trade show the same as an exhibition in the UK?
In practice, yes. UK organisers usually say exhibition, expo or show, while trade show and booth are more common in American English, and both sets of words get used interchangeably at UK venues like the NEC, ExCeL and Olympia. A trade show booth and an exhibition stand describe the same floor space. We supply the same displays whichever word you use.
How much do trade show displays cost?
Printed roller banner stands start at £89 Ex. VAT, branded table covers at £115 Ex. VAT, and tension fabric media walls at £160 Ex. VAT including the aluminium frame, printed graphic and carry bag. Fabric pop up backdrops and backlit LUXORA lightbox displays are quoted per configuration because the size and the number of printed skins vary. What is the difference between a pop up banner and a pop up display?
A pop up banner is the single narrow retractable unit that pulls up out of a weighted aluminium base, also called a roller banner or pull up banner. A pop up display is the large curved or straight backdrop wall built on a concertina scissor frame that fills the back of a booth. They are different products at different sizes, and plenty of stands use both.
What trade show display fits a 3x3m shell scheme booth?
A 3x3m shell scheme plot is usually covered by a 3x3 fabric pop up backdrop across the rear wall, one or two roller banners at the aisle edge, and a printed table cover or an illuminated counter at the front. If you want the whole wall lit rather than printed flat, a backlit LUXORA panel does the same job with integrated LED. Tell us your stand number and we will spec it for you.
How long do trade show displays take to set up?
A roller banner stands up in under two minutes: lift the panel out of the base and hook it onto the pole. A fabric pop up display takes about five minutes on its colour coded scissor frame. Backlit LUXORA lightbox panels are tool free and plug and play. Nothing on this page needs a contractor, a build slot or a toolbox.
How quickly can you deliver trade show displays?
Roller banners are 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval. Printed table covers and tension fabric media walls are 7 to 10 working days. Fabric pop up displays and LUXORA lightbox displays ship on fast UK delivery with lead times that vary by order size. If you are up against a show date, tell us the date when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you order.
Do you design the artwork, and can I change the graphics later?
Our designers set your artwork up for print at no charge and there are unlimited free revisions before anything goes to press. You do not need artwork skills or a design file, a logo is enough. Later on you can keep the hardware and order a graphic only replacement, which is the cheapest way to refresh a stand for a new campaign.
Do you build custom trade show booths or hire out displays?
We supply displays to own rather than to hire, and we do not run contractor stand builds on site. What we do build is modular: LUXORA lightbox panels connect into shell scheme walls, corners, U shapes and full booths that you own and reconfigure yourself.
