One bold message.
A banner made for it.
Make the message the first thing people see. From a new opening to a short promotion, solid PVC gives your artwork a clean surface that works across shopfronts, event spaces and perimeter displays.
What is a pvc banner?
A PVC banner is a custom printed sign made from solid, flexible PVC. Our 440gsm banners give your logo, promotion or event message a full-colour surface for indoor or outdoor display, with a hemmed finish and optional eyelets.
PVC banners for openings, offers and events.
Choose a simple headline and strong contrast. Your banner should make sense at the distance people will first see it.
Shopfront promotions
Put an opening, sale or seasonal message where customers arrive. Measure the available frontage and leave space around doors and signs.
- Opening and launch messages
- Seasonal promotions
- Branding outside your premises
Event announcements
Give visitors a clear welcome, sponsor message or event name. A custom size helps the graphic fit your chosen display area.
- Community events and fairs
- Celebrations and launches
- Sponsor and welcome graphics
Walls and railings
Use a solid printed surface when you want the artwork to read clearly. For exposed fencing, compare the two mesh materials below.
- Branded walls and boundaries
- Temporary promotional displays
- Measured indoor backdrops
One banner material. A different look for every brand.
The pictured designs are examples. Your banner is printed with your own artwork and message.

A clear branded display
Keep the main message visible, with the size and finish chosen for your display.

A different design direction
Use your colours, logo and style to create a graphic that feels like your business.
A clean PVC finish, right to the edge.
The finishing choice is part of your order. Match it to the way you will display the banner.

Hemmed With Eyelets
A finished hem with eyelets for attaching the banner to a compatible supported display. Check the fixing method and available space before ordering.
Hemmed Only
A finished edge without eyelets. Select this when your display method does not require eyelets, or ask us to check the requirements of existing hardware.
Fixings, frames and support structures are not included. Contact us before ordering if specific fixing positions or a different finish are needed.

Keep the PVC banner design focused.
A recognisable logo, one headline and a short supporting line often work better than a crowded layout. Full-colour printing gives you room for photography, illustration and brand colours.
- Think about viewing distance. Keep small print for people who can stand close to the banner.
- Measure the space first. Use the available width and height rather than stretching an existing design.
- Need a starting point? Choose free design, upload your logo and describe the message you want.
Compare the four printed banner materials.
Start with the location and the display method, then choose the surface that suits your artwork and how it will be used.
| Banner | Material | What it offers | Useful for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solid PVC This banner | 440gsm solid PVC | A continuous print surface | Openings, promotions and measured displays |
| Poly mesh ↗ | 125gsm polyester mesh | Lightweight, open weave and washable | Events, sports clubs and reusable graphics |
| PVC mesh ↗ | 270gsm perforated PVC | A heavier mesh print surface | Planned site and outdoor perimeter displays |
| Fabric ↗ | Polyester fabric | A softer textile print surface | Events, retail graphics and backdrops |
Mesh allows air through, but all outdoor graphics still need suitable supports, fixings and an installation that accounts for site conditions. Ask our team if you are unsure which material to choose.
Display your PVC banner with the site in mind.
Plan the support and fixing method
Use suitable fixings for the surface and support the banner evenly. Solid PVC catches air, so an exposed location may be better suited to mesh. Keep entrances and sightlines clear, check the fixings regularly and take the banner down when conditions are unsuitable.
Check, care for and store the banner
Allow the banner to dry before storing it. Avoid sharp folds across the print and keep it away from edges that can rub or damage the material. Ask our team if you need care guidance for your display.

PVC banners questions.
Need help with the material, size or finish? Ask our team before placing your order.
What is a pvc banner?
A PVC banner is a custom printed sign made from solid, flexible PVC. Our 440gsm banners give your logo, promotion or event message a full-colour surface for indoor or outdoor display, with a hemmed finish and optional eyelets.
Can I choose my own banner size?
Yes. Enter the width and height in metres in the order form, using decimals where needed. Measure the finished display area first. If you need a very large graphic, unusual proportions or a banner for existing hardware, ask our team to check the requirements before ordering.
How is the banner price calculated?
A 1m² banner is £45 Ex. VAT. Each additional m² adds £9.95 Ex. VAT. Enter your width and height for the calculated total. The form uses your width × height to work out the print area. Set the quantity to see your order total. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.
Which finishing options can I order?
Choose Hemmed With Eyelets or Hemmed Only in the form. Eyelets provide fixing points for a compatible display; Hemmed Only gives a finished edge without eyelets. If you need particular fixing positions or different finishing for an existing frame, ask our team before ordering.
Can you help with the banner design?
Yes. Select Yes, please design my banner (FREE), then upload your logo and add a brief if you have them ready. If you already have artwork, choose the own-artwork option and use the design upload. Files can also follow after the order.
When will my banner arrive?
Ask our team to confirm timing for your order, especially for a fixed event or opening date. Timing depends on the artwork and the order requirements. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.
Can I use a PVC banner outside?
Yes, PVC banners are suitable for indoor and outdoor display when installed appropriately. Solid material catches wind, so consider the site exposure, support and fixings. For exposed fences or large outdoor displays, compare mesh or ask our team about the material before ordering.
Should I choose PVC or mesh?
Choose solid PVC when you want a continuous printed surface. Mesh has openings that allow air through and is often considered for exposed fences and perimeter displays. Poly mesh is a light polyester fabric; PVC mesh is a heavier perforated material. The right choice also depends on the location and fixing method.
How should I store my PVC banner?
Let the banner dry before packing it away and avoid sharp folds across the print. Keep the material clear of sharp edges and inspect it before the next use. Ask our team if you need advice for a particular installation or cleaning method.
