Frequently asked questions
Will a replacement canopy fit my frame?
It is made for our Silverback Elite40 and xZilla Xtreme50 frames. Order the size of your gazebo: 2x2m, 3x3m, 4.5x3m or 6x3m. If your frame is from elsewhere, send us the footprint and leg profile and we will check before you order.
Is the canopy printed all over?
Yes. The roof panels and the valance are printed in full colour to your artwork, so the gazebo is branded from every angle.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The canopy is waterproof and UV-resistant, using the same 600D fabric as our printed gazebos. Fire-retardant fabric is available as an option; confirm it before ordering.
Can I keep my existing walls?
Yes. The canopy is sold on its own, so your walls, frame and bag all carry on as they are.
How do I fit it?
Slide the old canopy off the frame, slide the new one on and fix the corner straps. It takes two people a few minutes.
Can I order a plain canopy?
These are printed to your artwork. If you need a plain replacement, ask us and we will quote.
How long does delivery take?
Your proof comes back within a working day. After approval, canopies are printed and delivered in 7 to 10 working days across the UK.
Do you do a sky banner to go with it?
Yes. The custom printed gazebo sky banner sits above the canopy and is sold separately.

The starting range includes sizes outside the three complete packs. It is not a quoted 3m replacement price.
Match the roof before updating the artwork.
The footprint alone is not a complete fit check. Frame model, generation and roof details matter when you reuse an existing frame. Tell us what you have before approving a replacement.
Bring your existing artwork or start with a new brief. An old order reference helps identify the original job; it does not automatically release that artwork for another order.
