A clear site message.
Room for air to pass.

The display matters

The PVC mesh banner is part of the installation.

Before installation

Plan the support and fixing method

Perforations allow air through, but do not remove wind loading. A scaffold, frame or temporary fence must be suitable for the proposed graphic and fixing method. Ask the responsible site or scaffold professional to confirm the arrangement before installation.

Between displays

Check, care for and store the banner

Inspect the hems, eyelets, supports and fixings regularly. Avoid pulling the banner against sharp edges and take it down when the installation or weather conditions are unsuitable.

Made around your message

PVC mesh banners for sites and boundaries.

Plan the display around the site, the structure and the audience. The banner material is only one part of a suitable installation.

The material, close up

Bold artwork for a PVC mesh display.

The perforations are visible close up, so scale the design for the distance people will view it. A strong logo, a large headline and a well-prepared photograph or render can make a clear site graphic.

  • Keep the important message large. Think about the view from the pavement, entrance or opposite side of a boundary.
  • Check image resolution. Send the best original file you have for a large photo or development render.
  • Keep site information visible. Do not use the graphic to obscure required signs, access points or sightlines.
Pick the right surface

Compare the four printed banner materials.

Start with the location and the display method, then choose the surface that suits your artwork and how it will be used.

Banner Material What it offers Useful for
Solid PVC ↗ 440gsm solid PVC A continuous print surface Openings, promotions and measured displays
Poly mesh ↗ 125gsm polyester mesh Lightweight, open weave and washable Events, sports clubs and reusable graphics
PVC mesh This banner 270gsm perforated PVC A heavier mesh print surface Planned site and outdoor perimeter displays
Fabric ↗ Polyester fabric A softer textile print surface Events, retail graphics and backdrops

Mesh allows air through, but all outdoor graphics still need suitable supports, fixings and an installation that accounts for site conditions. Ask our team if you are unsure which material to choose.

A few practical answers

PVC mesh banners questions.

Need help with the material, size or finish? Ask our team before placing your order.

What is a pvc mesh banner?

A PVC mesh banner is a custom printed sign made from perforated PVC mesh. The openings allow air through the material. Our 270gsm banners are made to your measurements and can be ordered hemmed with eyelets or hemmed only.

Can I choose my own banner size?

Yes. Enter the width and height in metres in the order form, using decimals where needed. Measure the finished display area first. If you need a very large graphic, unusual proportions or a banner for existing hardware, ask our team to check the requirements before ordering.

How is the banner price calculated?

A 1m² banner is £45 Ex. VAT. Each additional m² adds £9.95 Ex. VAT. Enter your width and height for the calculated total. The form uses your width × height to work out the print area. Set the quantity to see your order total. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.

Which finishing options can I order?

Choose Hemmed With Eyelets or Hemmed Only in the form. Eyelets provide fixing points for a compatible display; Hemmed Only gives a finished edge without eyelets. If you need particular fixing positions or different finishing for an existing frame, ask our team before ordering.

Can you help with the banner design?

Yes. Select Yes, please design my banner (FREE), then upload your logo and add a brief if you have them ready. If you already have artwork, choose the own-artwork option and use the design upload. Files can also follow after the order.

When will my banner arrive?

Ask our team to confirm timing for your order, especially for a fixed event or opening date. Timing depends on the artwork and the order requirements. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.

Can I fix a PVC mesh banner to scaffolding?

PVC mesh can be considered for a scaffold display, but the scaffold and fixing plan must be assessed and approved for the graphic. Perforated material still creates wind loading. Confirm the arrangement with the responsible site or scaffold professional before installation.

What is the difference between PVC mesh and poly mesh?

PVC mesh is the heavier 270gsm perforated material. Poly mesh is a lighter 125gsm polyester fabric with dye-sublimated print and machine-washable care. Compare them around the installation, site exposure and whether the banner needs to be packed away and reused.

Can you print a photograph or development render?

Yes, the banner can carry full-colour artwork, including photography and development renders. Supply the best original file available and tell us the finished dimensions. Our team can check whether the artwork is suitable for the intended print and viewing distance.
