Which frame should I choose?
The Silverback Elite40 is 40mm hex aluminium with a 2-year warranty and suits most markets and events. The xZilla Xtreme50 is 50mm hex aluminium with a 5-year warranty for daily use and exposed sites. The 2x2m is Elite40 only.
Will my existing canopy fit?
Yes if it was made for our Elite40 or Xtreme50 frame in the same size. Canopies from other suppliers may not, so send us the details before you order.
Can I buy spare parts?
Yes. If a part is ever lost or damaged, legs, cross sections and bags are available from UK stock. Get in touch with your frame size and strength and we will sort it.
Do I need weights?
On hard standing, yes. Use foot weights or sandbags; on grass the spikes and straps supplied do the job.
Can I join two frames?
Yes. Joining clamps hold two frames side by side and a joining gutter keeps the rain out of the gap: £40 for 3m, £50 for 4.5m, £60 for 6m.
How long does delivery take?
Frames ship from UK stock, usually within 2 to 3 working days.
Can I add a printed canopy later?
Yes. A replacement printed canopy or printed walls fit the same frame at any time.

The frame-only pack includes a wheeled bag and four spikes with ratchet straps. Check the selected size and the venue’s full anchoring requirements; an included set does not settle those requirements.

Before you order
Is this the same as the Xtreme50 upgrade?
No. Frame only is a complete frame purchase. The separate upgrade is the additional cost of changing the frame on a new printed gazebo pack.
Can I fit my existing canopy to a new frame?
Give us the canopy and frame details first. We need to match the footprint, frame model and relevant generation.
