A fabric banner is a custom printed graphic made from flexible polyester fabric. It gives your artwork a textile finish for events, exhibition spaces, backdrops and promotional displays. Choose your dimensions and a hemmed finish, with or without eyelets.

Use a suitable support and fixing method for your selected finish. A standard hemmed banner is not automatically compatible with a tension frame, pocket system or other specialist display. Ask our team to check the requirements before ordering for existing hardware.

Keep the fabric dry and clean when packing it away, and follow the supplied care guidance. For outdoor use, discuss the location and exposure first; a mesh banner may be a more suitable choice for an exposed fence.

Can I choose my own banner size?
Yes. Enter the width and height in metres in the order form, using decimals where needed. Measure the finished display area first. If you need a very large graphic, unusual proportions or a banner for existing hardware, ask our team to check the requirements before ordering.
How is the banner price calculated?
A 1m² banner is £45 Ex. VAT. Each additional m² adds £9.95 Ex. VAT. Enter your width and height for the calculated total. The form uses your width × height to work out the print area. Set the quantity to see your order total. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.
Which finishing options can I order?
Choose Hemmed With Eyelets or Hemmed Only in the form. Eyelets provide fixing points for a compatible display; Hemmed Only gives a finished edge without eyelets. If you need particular fixing positions or different finishing for an existing frame, ask our team before ordering.
Can you help with the banner design?
Yes. Select Yes, please design my banner (FREE), then upload your logo and add a brief if you have them ready. If you already have artwork, choose the own-artwork option and use the design upload. Files can also follow after the order.
When will my banner arrive?
Ask our team to confirm timing for your order, especially for a fixed event or opening date. Timing depends on the artwork and the order requirements. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.
Does a fabric banner include a stand or frame?
No. This product is the printed fabric banner, finished as selected in the order form. A stand, frame and installation fixings are not included. Tell our team if the banner needs to fit existing hardware so the requirements can be checked before ordering.
Will this fabric banner fit a tension or SEG frame?
Not automatically. The standard choices on this page are Hemmed With Eyelets and Hemmed Only. Tension frames, SEG systems and pocket displays can need different finishing. Ask our team to check the frame and graphic requirements before ordering.
Can I use a fabric banner outdoors?
Fabric banners can be used in appropriate display settings, but the location, exposure and support matter. Discuss an outdoor installation with our team before ordering. For exposed fences or boundaries, compare poly mesh and PVC mesh as well.
