Poly mesh banners · Made for your message

Event-ready branding.
Lighter to take along.

Turn an ordinary fence run into part of the event. Lightweight polyester mesh is easy to pack between outings, with an open weave for outdoor displays and colour printed into the fabric.

What is a poly mesh banner?

A poly mesh banner is a custom printed sign made from lightweight polyester mesh. Its open weave allows air through, while dye-sublimation applies the artwork into the fabric. Our 125gsm poly mesh is made to your dimensions, with hems and optional eyelets.

Colour in the poly mesh fabric.

Dye-sublimation prints the design into the polyester fibres. It is a useful choice for a banner that needs to be packed, cared for and displayed again.

  • Keep type generous. Bold lettering is easier to read through a fine mesh at a distance.
  • Use a clear colour contrast. A simple layout helps the logo and event message stand out.
  • Plan for reuse. An evergreen design can work across more than one event or season.
Choose the finish

The display matters

Plan the poly mesh installation and care.

Before installation

Plan the support and fixing method

Fix the banner evenly to a suitable supported fence or frame, using the finish you have selected. Mesh allows air through, but the banner still loads its supports. Check the surface, exposure and fixings, and bring it down when conditions are unsuitable.

Between displays

Check, care for and store the banner

Poly mesh is machine washable. Follow the supplied care guidance and ask our team before using a particular washing temperature or drying method. Make sure the fabric is dry before folding it for storage.

Pick the right surface

Compare the four printed banner materials.

Start with the location and the display method, then choose the surface that suits your artwork and how it will be used.

Banner Material What it offers Useful for
Solid PVC ↗ 440gsm solid PVC A continuous print surface Openings, promotions and measured displays
Poly mesh This banner 125gsm polyester mesh Lightweight, open weave and washable Events, sports clubs and reusable graphics
PVC mesh ↗ 270gsm perforated PVC A heavier mesh print surface Planned site and outdoor perimeter displays
Fabric ↗ Polyester fabric A softer textile print surface Events, retail graphics and backdrops

Mesh allows air through, but all outdoor graphics still need suitable supports, fixings and an installation that accounts for site conditions. Ask our team if you are unsure which material to choose.

A few practical answers

Poly mesh banners questions.

Need help with the material, size or finish? Ask our team before placing your order.

Can I choose my own banner size?

Yes. Enter the width and height in metres in the order form, using decimals where needed. Measure the finished display area first. If you need a very large graphic, unusual proportions or a banner for existing hardware, ask our team to check the requirements before ordering.

How is the banner price calculated?

A 1m² banner is £45 Ex. VAT. Each additional m² adds £9.95 Ex. VAT. Enter your width and height for the calculated total. The form uses your width × height to work out the print area. Set the quantity to see your order total. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.

Which finishing options can I order?

Choose Hemmed With Eyelets or Hemmed Only in the form. Eyelets provide fixing points for a compatible display; Hemmed Only gives a finished edge without eyelets. If you need particular fixing positions or different finishing for an existing frame, ask our team before ordering.

Can you help with the banner design?

Yes. Select Yes, please design my banner (FREE), then upload your logo and add a brief if you have them ready. If you already have artwork, choose the own-artwork option and use the design upload. Files can also follow after the order.

When will my banner arrive?

Ask our team to confirm timing for your order, especially for a fixed event or opening date. Timing depends on the artwork and the order requirements. UK delivery is £15 + VAT.

Can I wash a poly mesh banner?

Yes, poly mesh is machine washable. Follow the supplied care instructions and ask our team if you need a temperature or drying recommendation. Let the fabric dry before folding it away.

How is poly mesh different from PVC mesh?

Poly mesh is the lighter 125gsm polyester fabric, with a dye-sublimated print. PVC mesh is a heavier 270gsm perforated material. Poly mesh is a useful option for events and repeated use; compare PVC mesh for longer site and perimeter displays. Installation and site conditions still need to be considered.

Does mesh remove the need for a wind assessment?

No. An open weave allows air through, but the banner can still place a load on its supports. Choose appropriate fixing points and have the structure and site exposure assessed where needed.
