How much weight do you need?
Our gazebo wind ratings are quoted against 15kg or more per leg. One 13kg cast iron weight per leg gets close to that figure and suits ordinary trading conditions. For an exposed pitch, stack two weights per leg for 26kg, or combine with spikes and ratchet straps on grass.
For a 3x3m gazebo that means two pairs for everyday use, or four pairs for a fully stacked setup on an exposed site.
Cast iron or water-filled weights?
Both do the same job in different ways. Our water-filled weights travel light and fill on site, which suits anyone working from a small vehicle. Cast iron is denser, slimmer and ready the moment it comes off the van, with no filling or emptying, which makes it the better choice for regular traders, semi-permanent pitches and hard standing where spikes are not an option.

How many weights do I need for a 3x3m gazebo?
One weight per leg, so two pairs, suits ordinary conditions at 13kg per leg. On an exposed pitch stack two per leg, which takes four pairs.
Are the weights sold singly?
They are sold in pairs. Each pair is two 13kg weights, 26kg in total.
Will they fit my gazebo?
The open slot fits standard pop-up gazebo leg and foot profiles, including both of our commercial frames. If you run an unusual frame, send us a photo of the foot and we will confirm the fit before you order.
Can I stack them for more weight?
Yes. The cast-in dimples locate one weight on top of another, so you can run two or more per leg where conditions demand it.
Will they rust outdoors?
Each weight has a weather-resistant coating. Like any cast iron, they last longest stored dry between events, and a chipped coating can be touched up with metal paint.
