One-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Event Branding UK Ltd ("the Company") offers a One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser ("the Purchaser") of any of our hardware products ("the Product"). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, acts of nature, or weather conditions.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, assembly, or maintenance.
- Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, rust, or corrosion.
- Use of non-Company parts or accessories.
- Bespoke printed materials.
Remedy
If a manufacturing defect is found, the Company may repair or replace the defective parts or the Product at our discretion. All replacements may use new or refurbished parts and are provided on an exchange basis.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a claim:
- Contact Customer Service at 02035 760155 or info@eventbrandinguk.com.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
- Send the defective parts or Product to the Company, with shipping costs borne by the Purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole warranty provided by the Company and replaces all others. The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses of profit, revenue, or data.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by UK law and is subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original Purchaser.
Severability
If any part of this warranty is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Entire Agreement
This document contains the full warranty agreement. Any changes must be in writing and authorized by the Company.
