What is a telescopic tension banner?
A telescopic tension banner is a printed fabric backdrop supported by an adjustable aluminium frame. Its upright and horizontal poles extend to set the height and width, with two feet supporting the display. It is a portable option for indoor events, interviews and branded photo areas.
How much does a complete telescopic tension banner cost?
Complete kits start from £160 Ex. VAT, including the aluminium frame, custom printed fabric banner and carry bag. Your final quote depends on the graphic size and quantity. Free design support and unlimited artwork revisions are included.
What sizes can the frame accommodate?
The frame adjusts from 1.5m to 3m wide and from 1m to 2.4m high. Tell us the width and height you need, plus your available floor space. We will confirm the graphic size and allow for the feet before you order.
Does the printed fabric change size when I adjust the frame?
No. The frame is adjustable, but each fabric graphic is printed and finished to its chosen size. Set the frame to suit that graphic. If you need a different display size or new artwork, ask us for a compatible replacement graphic.
How is this different from a tube tension fabric display?
This product has telescopic poles and visible side uprights, with the fabric held between the horizontal poles. A tube tension fabric display uses a shaped push-fit frame covered by a fitted fabric sleeve. The telescopic banner is useful when adjustable frame dimensions matter; the tube display offers a covered frame with rounded corners.
Can I order a replacement graphic without a frame?
Yes. Keep your frame and update the printed fabric for a new campaign. Send us the frame details and required graphic dimensions so we can check compatibility before quoting. Replacement graphics are quoted separately.
Is the banner suitable for indoor exhibitions?
Yes. It is designed for indoor exhibitions, events, studios and retail spaces. The 260gsm polyester fabric is B1 fire-rated. Ask us for the relevant certificate and check your venue’s requirements before the event.
Can I use a telescopic tension banner outdoors?
This is primarily an indoor display. The large graphic can catch wind, so we do not recommend it for exposed outdoor use. Tell us where it will be used and we can help you choose suitable outdoor branding if needed.
Can the fabric be washed?
The polyester graphic can be washed on a cool 30°C cycle and air dried. Do not tumble dry. Follow the care instructions supplied with your graphic and pack the fabric clean and dry between events.
How long does delivery take, and do I need finished artwork?
Standard UK delivery is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. You do not need finished artwork to get started: send your logo and ideas for a free mockup, with unlimited design revisions before approval. Tell us your event date so we can confirm the schedule.
