Printed gazebos are our main product and have been since 2019. We have developed the frames, fabric specification, canopy shape, sizing and fit around what we believe makes the best gazebo for our customers. Years of real event feedback have helped us refine the details, while our dedicated UK team manages design, proofing, quality control and delivery on every order.
The Silverback Elite40® and xZilla XTREME50® are built to our specification by our manufacturing partners, not picked from a catalogue. Years of feedback from traders and event crews have shaped both.
3m x 3m, 4.5m x 3m and 6m x 3m. Same frames, same fabric, same print quality across the range, so you can add a second gazebo later and it will match.
Eight wall configurations from open-sided to fully enclosed, priced to your chosen setup, all on the same frame.
We specify 600D PU-coated, 260gsm waterproof polyester with heat-sealed seams, and have refined the canopy shape, panel sizing and fit on our frames. Your canopy, valance and selected walls are printed edge to edge by dye sublimation.
Your artwork, proofing and quality control are handled by our dedicated UK team from order to delivery, with express options when a date is tight. Collection is available from our Swansea warehouse.
Foot weights, ground spikes and ratchet straps, sky banners, flag brackets, LED lighting kits and carry bags all come from us, so anchoring and add-ons never hold up an event.

A custom printed gazebo is a pop-up event tent with your brand artwork dye-sublimation printed full-colour on the canopy and valance, with printed walls added to your chosen setup. It is built on a commercial-grade aluminium hex frame with 600D polyester fabric, for outdoor events, trade shows, markets, festivals and hospitality. Printed packs start from £599 ex. VAT. Start with a free design mockup before ordering.
The Silverback Elite40® uses a 40mm hexagonal aluminium frame. It is lighter to carry and suits regular commercial use, with a 2-year limited frame warranty for qualifying new orders. The xZilla XTREME50® uses a 50mm hexagonal aluminium frame for frequent, heavier use, with a 5-year limited frame warranty. Both carry the same full-colour printed fabric. Compare the size-specific weights, construction and warranty before choosing.
The starting pack includes the aluminium frame, fully printed canopy and valance, wheeled carry bag, tether lines and pegs. Add the full, half, window or door walls you need: walls are included only when selected and listed in your pack. The current offer includes a free small single-sided feather flag (base extra) and a free double-sided-print upgrade on the walls you order. The selected pack summary lists the exact contents.
Send your logo as a vector PDF, AI or EPS, or a high-resolution PNG or JPG. If the file is low quality, our design team can help redraw or vectorise it. A free concept mockup shows the proposed design and placement; the final production proof is checked and approved separately before printing. See the artwork guidance and size-specific templates.
Our printed canopy and walls use waterproof 600D PU-coated polyester with heat-sealed seams. Wind suitability also depends on the frame, footprint, walls, anchoring and site conditions. Follow the supplied assembly instructions and your event organiser’s requirements; take the gazebo down before conditions exceed those limits. Fabric waterproofing is not a guarantee that the complete setup is safe in any weather.
The concertina frame is designed for quick setup, but the linked 2025 assembly instructions start with two people. Plan for two people and follow the instructions for your supplied frame and footprint, including securing it. An approximate frame-opening time is not the time needed to complete the walls, anchoring and accessories. Read the setup instructions.
A multi-day event needs a plan for supervision, weather monitoring and taking the gazebo down. Follow the supplied instructions for your frame and the organiser’s rules; do not leave it unattended in rain or in conditions outside its operating limits. Weighting and tethering are not a guarantee of unattended overnight use, and the warranty excludes weather damage. Read securing and pack-down guidance.
Every leg needs suitable anchoring. Ground spikes and ratchet straps are an option on suitable soft ground where penetration is permitted; hard standing needs an appropriate weight or anchoring arrangement. Check the supplied frame instructions, actual wall setup and venue requirements for the equipment, amount and attachment method. A single weight figure cannot cover every size and site. Compare weights and spikes.
Check the trader pack before travelling. Organisers may specify the weight per leg, acceptable attachment methods and whether ground spikes are permitted. If the pack is silent, ask the organiser and use the manufacturer’s instructions for your size, frame and wall arrangement rather than assuming a default load. Bring the specified equipment and make sure every leg is covered. See the anchoring guide.
Count the legs on the actual frame and check the accessory pack quantity. A 3 × 3m frame has four legs, so a four-piece spike-and-strap set provides one pair per leg. For a larger frame, confirm its leg count and add enough sets for every leg. With foot weights, check both the number supplied and the weight/arrangement required by the instructions and venue; one lightweight item per leg is not automatically sufficient.
Qualifying orders placed on or after 5 June 2026 carry a 2-year limited frame warranty for Silverback Elite40® or 5 years for xZilla XTREME50®. Earlier purchases retain the previous 1-year period. Cover is for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to exclusions; it is not weather-damage insurance or a blanket warranty on the canopy and walls. Read the full frame warranty.
