Quick answer: a custom printed gazebo costs between roughly £375 and £1,500 in the UK, depending on size, frame strength, how many walls you print and whether the print is single or double sided. A branded 3m x 3m pack from a commercial supplier usually lands between £550 and £700 Ex. VAT. At Event Branding UK a printed gazebo pack starts at £599 Ex. VAT for 3m x 3m, £799 for 4.5m x 3m and £999 for 6m x 3m, with the frame, a fully printed canopy, a wheeled bag, pegs and tethers all included.
- From £599 Ex. VAT for a 3m x 3m printed pack
- £799 for 4.5m x 3m and £999 for 6m x 3m
- 10 to 14 working days from artwork approval
- Free mockup in minutes, free double-sided wall upgrade, free feather flag
What you are actually paying for

A printed gazebo is really three purchases in one: the frame, the printed fabric and the extras that make it usable on a real pitch. Suppliers bundle these differently, which is why two adverts that both say “printed gazebo from £400” can end up £300 apart once you add the bits you need.
The frame is the biggest single cost and the thing that decides how long the gazebo lasts. Budget steel frames and thin 30mm aluminium are cheap but bend at the joints after a season of markets. Commercial frames use 40mm or 50mm hexagonal aluminium legs, and the difference shows the first time the wind gets up. Our Elite40 and XTREME50 comparison explains the two frames we build packs on.
The print is priced by area and method. Dye sublimation prints your artwork edge to edge into the polyester, so full-colour photography and gradients cost no more than a single logo. Vinyl heat press is cheaper for one small logo on a plain canopy but limits you to flat colours and simple shapes. Every panel you add, a back wall, a half wall, a valance strip, adds print area and therefore cost.
The extras are where the quoted price and the delivered price drift apart: wheeled carry bags, leg weights, spikes and straps, wall clips, replacement canopies and delivery. Check what is in the box before comparing headline numbers.
Printed gazebo prices in the UK compared
| What you are buying | Typical UK price (Ex. VAT) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Plain commercial 3m x 3m gazebo, no print | £300 to £450 | Ours is £395 with all four walls, wheeled bag, pegs and tethers |
| Printed 3m x 3m pack, canopy only | £375 to £700 | Cheapest packs use lighter frames and single-sided print |
| Printed 3m x 3m pack, canopy plus walls | £600 to £950 | Walls are usually quoted per panel on top of the pack |
| Printed 4.5m x 3m pack | £750 to £1,100 | Ours starts at £799 |
| Printed 6m x 3m pack | £950 to £1,500 | Ours starts at £999 |
These are indicative comparison ranges. Confirm each supplier’s current price, VAT, frame specification and wall count before comparing. a £375 pack and a £700 pack are not the same product, and the difference is almost always the frame and the number of printed faces.
Plain or printed: which is worth the money?
If you only need shelter, a plain commercial gazebo at £395 does the job and you can add a printed sky banner or flag for branding. If the gazebo is your shopfront at a market, show or festival, the printed canopy pays for itself quickly because it does the work of a sign, a banner and a backdrop at once. If branding is the goal, it is cheaper to buy the printed pack first than to buy plain and replace the canopy later. Our plain 3m x 3m commercial gazebo uses the same frames as the printed packs, so you can upgrade the fabric later without replacing the frame.
Frame choice: Elite40 or XTREME50

Both of our frames are hexagonal aluminium and both are sold plain or printed. The Silverback Elite40 uses 40mm legs and carries a 2 year frame warranty; it suits regular commercial use, weekly markets and seasonal events. The xZilla XTREME50 uses 50mm legs, weighs 29kg for the 3m x 3m frame and carries a 5 year frame warranty; it is the one to choose for exposed coastal pitches, race days, motorsport and anything that goes up and down every week. Both carry the same full-colour print, so the choice is about how hard the frame will work, not how it looks.
Walls, print sides and the hidden costs

Walls. A canopy-only gazebo looks branded from a distance but not from the pitch next door. A printed back wall is the most common add-on because it gives you a photo backdrop and hides whatever is behind you. Half walls keep the front open for serving while still carrying your message.
Single or double sided. Most printed walls are single sided: one print layer, a blank inner face, and your logo ghosting through in reverse when the sun is behind it. We upgrade every wall to double sided at no extra cost, two 600D prints bonded around a reflective liner, so the inside of your gazebo looks finished too. If a supplier quotes single sided as standard, ask what double sided adds before you compare totals.
Anchoring. Every gazebo needs weights or spikes and most packs do not include them. A set of four fillable gazebo foot weights costs £58 Ex. VAT; a set of four heavy duty spikes and ratchet straps costs £20 Ex. VAT for grass. Match the number of packs to all legs and fixing points on your selected gazebo; one set must not be assumed to cover every size. Our guide to gazebo weights versus spikes covers how much you need per leg.
Artwork. Some printers charge for artwork time. Ours is free: send your logo, get a photorealistic mockup back in minutes, and revise it as many times as you like before you pay.
How ordering works

Printed gazebo cost FAQs
How much does a printed 3m x 3m gazebo cost?
Between about £375 and £700 Ex. VAT for a canopy-only pack from a UK commercial supplier. Ours is £599 and includes the frame, a fully printed canopy, a wheeled bag, pegs, tethers, free double-sided wall print and a free feather flag.
Is a printed gazebo cheaper than a plain gazebo plus a banner?
Usually not on day one, but it is cheaper over a season. A plain 3m x 3m gazebo is £395 and a printed sky banner set is £199, so the two come to £594, only a few pounds under a fully printed gazebo at £599. The printed canopy is visible from every side and does not need fixing on each time.
What is the cheapest way to get a branded gazebo?
Buy a plain commercial gazebo and add a printed sky banner or feather flag. If you already own a sound frame, ask about a replacement printed canopy rather than a full pack.
Does the price include VAT and delivery?
UK suppliers, including us, quote Ex. VAT to business customers. Check delivery separately when comparing suppliers.
How long does a printed gazebo take?
Allow 10 to 14 working days from artwork approval for printed gazebos. In-stock plain gazebos are dispatched from our UK warehouse on the next working day.
Do printed gazebo prices include walls?
Most headline prices are for the canopy only. Walls are quoted per panel, so decide how many you need before comparing suppliers.
