Modular lightbox booths, planned around your space.
A modular lightbox booth is an exhibition stand made from connected, illuminated fabric displays. Each panel has its own frame and printed graphic. The panels, support feet and connecting fittings work together to form the planned back wall, corner, U shape or peninsula.
Choose the arrangement around your open sides and visitor flow. A back wall leaves the front of the plot open; a corner adds branding along a second side; a U shape surrounds the space on three sides. Counters, storage and demonstration areas also need floor space. A nominal 3×3m layout is a starting point, so send the organiser’s plan before choosing the components.
Your itemised quote identifies the frames, printed faces, feet, fittings and transport bags for the agreed layout, with any counter, arch or door shown separately. Venue flooring, furniture, electrical bookings and installation are separate requirements unless expressly included.
Keep the frames for repeat events and order replacement fabric graphics when the message changes. Reconfiguring a stand may require additional parts. For a simple backdrop, compare freestanding lightboxes; for other display types, use our exhibition stand guide.

Are these installed exhibition stands?
These are portable modular lightbox kits for customers to set up. Discuss any installation or contractor requirement before ordering; it is not included unless expressly listed in your quote.
Does a 3×3m layout fit every 3×3m plot?
Not automatically. The name describes a nominal layout. The actual assembled footprint, feet, open sides and organiser restrictions need checking.
How much does a complete lightbox booth cost?
The price depends on the confirmed layout, printed faces, fittings and any counter, arch or door. Request a mockup and an itemised quote for the complete setup. The quote confirms what is included, VAT and delivery.
Can I change the layout at another show?
The system is modular. A different arrangement may need different fittings, feet, graphics or additional panels, so ask us to check the planned change.
Can I add a counter, arch or storage?
The range includes counters, arches and door components. Their suitability and required connections depend on the final layout.
Can you work from our stand plan?
Yes. Share the plan and requirements with your mockup request. We can help you compare layouts and prepare a quote.
How many power sockets will I need?
The answer depends on the complete setup and venue arrangements. Ask us to confirm the load and connection requirements before booking the electrical supply.
Can I get a bespoke layout?
Yes. Start a mockup request and select the bespoke option. Tell us the space, open sides and what your stand needs to do.
