Do I need finished artwork to request a mockup?
No. Share your logo, ideas and chosen display, and the team can help.
Where can I get the correct template?
Ask the team for the template matching your exact frame system, dimensions and orientation. Do not use a similarly named template from another product.
Where should I upload my logo after enquiring?
Use the upload route supplied after your enquiry or by your adviser. This keeps the artwork attached to the correct request.
How do I send artwork after an online order?
Reply to your order confirmation with your artwork and order reference, or follow the instructions supplied for your job.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. The design service includes revisions before artwork approval. Confirm the final proof carefully before printing.
What if the delivered setup is unclear?
Contact the team with your order reference, photos and the product you are assembling so they can help identify the next step.
Can I reorder the same graphics?
Yes. Use the replacement-graphics route and give the team your previous order reference.
