Gazebo Frame Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Event Branding UK Ltd ("the Company") provides a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (the "Purchaser") of the gazebo frame (the "Product"). This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase.

Remedy

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Event Branding UK Ltd will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire Product. Replacement parts or products will be provided on an exchange basis. We aim to complete all repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Exclusions from Coverage

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Acts of Nature: Accidental damage, including but not limited to weather conditions such as wind, heavy rain, snow, hail, lightning or floods.
• Improper Use: Misuse, abuse, improper storage, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow provided maintenance guidelines, including not securing the Product properly with its tether lines.
• Leaving Gazebo Unattended: Leaving your gazebo unattended causing damage.
• Unauthorised Modifications: Alterations, modifications or repairs not performed by Event Branding UK Ltd or authorised personnel.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Standard cosmetic deterioration, including fading, rust or corrosion resulting from regular use over time.
• Non-Genuine Parts: Any damage resulting from the use of non-genuine Event Branding UK Ltd parts or accessories.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must follow these steps:

• Contact Event Branding UK Ltd Customer Service within the applicable warranty period at 02035 760155 or info@eventbrandinguk.com to initiate the process.
• Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. the original sales receipt) and a clear, detailed description of the defect, including photographic evidence where possible.
• Upon instruction, ship the defective part(s) or Product to Event Branding UK Ltd at the Purchaser's expense. If the claim is approved, Event Branding UK Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced item.

4. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Event Branding UK Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from the use of the Product.

This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

5. Legal & General Terms

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser of the Product.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This document contains the entire understanding and agreement between Event Branding UK Ltd and the Purchaser regarding the product warranty and supersedes all prior communications. No amendments to this warranty are valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Event Branding UK Ltd.
