Gazebo Frame 1 Year Warranty

Event Branding UK Ltd – Gazebo Frame One-Year Limited Warranty (This is a working document and Event Branding UK holds the right to modify or change this on each review period)

Warranty Coverage

Event Branding UK Ltd (“the Company”) hereby provides a One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) of the Gazebo Frame (the “Product”) against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for a period of one (1) year.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

a. Accidental damage, including but not limited to, acts of nature (such as extreme weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, hail, lightning, or floods);

b. Misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper assembly, or improper maintenance, which includes but is not limited to failure to follow the provided assembly instructions or maintenance guidelines;

c. Alterations, modifications, or repairs not performed by Event Branding UK Ltd or authorised service personnel;

d. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, fading, rust, or corrosion resulting from regular use over time;

e. Any damage resulting from the use of non-genuine Event Branding UK Ltd parts or accessories.

Remedy

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Event Branding UK Ltd will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s) or replace the product. Replacement parts or products will be provided on an exchange basis. Event Branding UK Ltd aims to complete replacements or repairs within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

a. Contact Event Branding UK Ltd Customer Service within the warranty period at 02035 760155 or info@eventbrandinguk.com to arrange the return of your gazebo;

b. Provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt, and a detailed description of the defect;

c. Ship the defective part(s) or Product to Event Branding UK Ltd at the Purchaser’s expense. Event Branding UK Ltd will cover the return shipping costs if the claim is approved.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Event Branding UK Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if Event Branding UK Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this warranty shall be resolved by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser of the Product. Any subsequent owner or user of the Product shall not be entitled to any warranty coverage or benefits under this warranty.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision was not contained herein.

Entire Agreement

This warranty contains the entire understanding and agreement between Event Branding UK Ltd and the Purchaser with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral or written communications, representations, or agreements. No amendments or modifications to this warranty shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Event Branding UK Ltd.
