What is a fabric pop up display? It is a portable backdrop built around an expanding aluminium scissor frame. Your printed fabric wraps across the front and around the sides, creating a substantial wall with square corners.
The linked frame opens as one structure. Colour coded connectors secure it for use, then it collapses into a compact bundle for transport. Keep the frame and order a fresh graphic when your message changes.

What is a fabric pop up display?
A fabric pop up display is a portable branded backdrop made from an expanding aluminium scissor frame and a printed fabric wrap. The graphic covers the front and side returns for a finished wall effect. The frame folds down into a wheeled carry bag between events.
How much does a complete pop up display cost?
Full sets cost £499 for 3x3 bays, £599 for 3x4 bays and £699 for 3x5 bays, all Ex. VAT. Each includes the printed 260gsm fabric graphic, aluminium frame and wheeled carry bag. Free design and a mockup are included.
Does 3x3 mean a three metre square display?
No. 3x3, 3x4 and 3x5 describe the number of bays in the frame, not dimensions in metres. Artwork widths include the side wraps and are wider than the visible front face. Tell us your available floor space so we can confirm the assembled footprint and correct artwork template.
Can I choose a straight or curved pop up display?
Yes, straight and curved frame options are available. Tell us the shape you want when enquiring so we can confirm the correct frame and matching graphic. The straight frame shown in the images does not convert into a curved frame.
How do I assemble the fabric pop up stand?
Expand the scissor frame, secure its matching colour coded connectors and attach the fabric evenly across the front and around the side returns. The system builds without tools in under five minutes. Watch our assembly video for the actual setup process.
Can I replace the graphic and reuse my frame?
Yes. Replacement graphics cost £180 for 3x3, £230 for 3x4 and £290 for 3x5, all Ex. VAT. These prices are for the printed graphic only. We will check the size, shape and compatibility of your existing frame before making a replacement. Frames alone start at £319 Ex. VAT.
Is the design service really free?
Yes. We create a visual using your branding, with free design support and unlimited revisions before you approve the final artwork. There is no commitment to order when requesting a mockup.
How long does production and delivery take?
Allow 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Tell us your event date with your enquiry so we can confirm the schedule before you order. If your deadline is closer, ask us to check availability.
Can I use the display outdoors?
This display is intended for indoor events, exhibitions, receptions and presentations. For exposed outdoor spaces, ask us about suitable outdoor branding. Optional stabilising feet do not make an indoor display weatherproof.
How should I look after the fabric and transport the display?
Pack the fabric clean and dry, protect the printed surface and transport the collapsed frame in the wheeled bag. Keep the graphic away from sharp fittings. Ask us for the care instructions for your supplied graphic before washing or treating marks.
