What are custom race medals?
Custom race medals are made to your event design, with your choice of shape, size, metal finish, wording and colour. They are used for running, triathlon, fun runs, cycling, team sports and other events.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 200 medals. We cannot accept orders below 200.
How long do custom medals take?
Allow 21–28 working days for cast or mould creation, production and finishing. Tell us your event date and required delivery date so we can confirm the schedule for your order.
Which medal sizes and shapes can I choose?
The starting size range is 50 × 50 mm to 100 × 100 mm. Custom sizes and shapes are available on request. Your design does not have to be round.
Which metal finishes are available?
Choose gold, antique gold, silver, antique silver, bronze, antique bronze or black. We can help you choose a finish to suit your artwork.
Can I add colour or a raised 3D design?
Yes. Choose plain metal or enamel infill colours, and add 3D raised areas to highlight a logo or text. The number of colours and infill areas can affect the price.
Is a printed ribbon included?
Yes. A custom dye-sublimation printed ribbon upgrade is included in the price. Add your event name, logo and colours. Plain ribbons are also available on request.
Can I customise the back of the medal?
Yes. Keep it plain or add another design, wording or a pattern. The reverse is a useful place for an event date, sponsor or message.
What do I need for a quote and mockup?
Start with your preferred size and quantity. Have your logo or artwork, exact wording for the front, back and ribbon, colour references, event date and required delivery date ready for our team.
How much will my medals cost?
We quote for your design and quantity. Size, shape, metal finish, enamel colours, infill areas, 3D detailing and reverse design can affect the price. Your custom printed ribbon upgrade is included.
