Why it works for catering
Waterproof and wipe-clean
The PU-coated 600D canopy keeps rain off your prep and equipment, and wipes down with cold water and mild soap, which suits a food environment.
Fire-rated when needed
Caterers are often asked for fire-rated cover near cooking. Add our fire-retardant fabric, tested to EN 13501-1 (Class B-s2, d0), certificate on request. More on fire safety.
Walls & serving front
Enclose your prep with full or half walls, add PVC windows or a zip door, and open a serving hatch at the front. Configure it to how you work.
Quick to set up
The pop-up frame is up in about 5 minutes, so you can be serving fast at the start of an event and packed down quickly at the end.
