Amazing service! They have a robust process to ensure you get an opportunity to check you are happy with the design, and again to confirm that you are happy once it is drafted. I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. I had a very tight deadline to work with, and the team were incredibly helpful and managed to deliver everything in good time.
I asked to see several different design options, and the design team were always happy to help and make adjustments. My gazebo was quite expensive, but the quality is excellent and I’m really pleased with it.
The only thing that would have been helpful was some instructions on how to put the gazebo up, as it took me a little while to work out what I needed to do. Once I understood how it worked, though, it was relatively easy to assemble.
Overall, I’m really happy with the product and the service I received.
